Every watch offered is carefully reviewed by our team of experienced watch specialists before being listed. We assess condition, originality, provenance and all the details that define the quality and relevance of the piece.
To be accepted on the platform, each watch is first delivered to us for inspection and approval. Once verified, we create a complete listing with professional photography, detailed specifications, notable characteristics and a written description explaining the importance and appeal of the watch.
The result is a transparent and carefully curated experience, designed to give collectors the confidence and insight they need before manisfest their interest.

How it works in few steps
1) Submit your watch
Tell us about your timepiece. Share photos, details, and its unique story. Once your watch has passed the initial review, you will be asked to send it to us so that we can examine it in person.
2) Expert review
Our team reviews each inquiry with care, considering condition, brand, and potential. Within a week we’ll get in touch to ask a few questions and learn more about the watch. The final outcome will follow after this initial conversation.
3) Event preparation
If the timepiece is sold, Deangelis Marketplace will handle the collection of the purchase price from the buyer and transfer the sale proceeds to you, net of consignment fees equal to the greater of €500 and 10% of the final sale price of the timepiece.
4) Payment & commission
Once the Event ends successfully, we’ll take care of the rest, from buyer coordination to secure payment transfer.Our commission is tailored to each case and always agreed upon before the sale.
What to expect from the review process
Our team carefully evaluates every inquiry. We consider a range of factors to ensure each watch meets the standards of our community. Here’s what might influence the outcome:
- Watch condition: signs of heavy wear, damage, or replaced parts may affect approval.
- Authenticity & consistency: we look for coherence between reference, serial, and components.
- Brand & positioning: some brands or models may not align with our current selection focus.
Market balance: in some cases, we may already have similar watches in the pipeline and suggest postponing the publication of your watch on DeAngelis Marketplace.

Consignment fees
We believe in transparent and fair terms for every consignor. For each timepiece sold through Deangelis Marketplace, a commission equal to 10% of the final sale price is applied, with a minimum amount of €500.
The commission is retained by Deangelis Marketplace upon completion of the sale and covers the activities related to the analysis, evaluation, proposal management, publication, promotion, and intermediation of the timepiece.
