Each listing includes an image showing the performance graph of the watch, obtained through a chronocomparator. The measurement is taken with the watch positioned crown down. This service is provided as a courtesy only and is for indicative purposes exclusively.

However, in relation to each timepiece sold, the Deangelis Marketplace team may, upon request from the new owner, obtain a preliminary estimate for maintenance, repair or servicing.

Upon receiving an express request, the Deangelis Marketplace team will submit the watch to a trusted and qualified watchmaker. The watchmaker will carry out a thorough technical inspection in order to define a detailed estimate of the required interventions. The estimate will then be communicated to the owner of the watch for approval. Once the estimate is approved, the maintenance, repair or servicing work will commence. All such activities are carried out in the watchmaker specialised workshop.

From the date of completion of any maintenance, repair or servicing carried out, the proper functioning of the watch will be guaranteed by Deangelis Marketplace for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The warranty will cover mechanical malfunctions only and, for the sake of clarity, will not cover cosmetic damage. In order to assess proper functioning of a watch, it must be noted that running accuracy is a variable factors, depending also on the age of the watch. Any intervention, modification or repair carried out by third parties not authorised by Deangelis Marketplace will render the warranty null and void. Deangelis Marketplace does not guarantee water resistance of any watch.

After receiving an express request, the competent personnel will take note and send your timepiece to the watchmaker. The watchmaker will carry out a thorough analysis in order to define an estimate of the interventions and will prepare the estimate. Once the estimate is accepted, the maintenance service can begin. The Deangelis warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers any malfunction of the watch not caused by the owner’s misconduct. The guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage. All repairs will be carried out in our specialised workshop. In order to be able to state whether the watch is working properly, it must be borne in mind that the running accuracy is a variable figure which also depends on the age of the watch. Any intervention by third parties will invalidate the guarantee. Deangelis does not guarantee that the watch is water-resistant.
