Deangelis Marketplace S.r.l.has received a grant under the Tuscany Region call “Support for the creation and consolidation of innovative start-ups” (Action 1.1.5), funded by the ERDF Regional Programme Tuscany 2021-2027.

The project
Deangelis Marketplace is a digital auction platform dedicated to luxury watches, where collectors and enthusiasts set the price of each timepiece together. Every watch is selected, verified and authenticated by a team of experts led by Maurizio De Angelis. The project covers the development of the platform’s software: requirements analysis, architecture and workflow design, integration of secure payment systems and customised order management.

Objectives

• Design and develop a robust, scalable online auction platform
• Ensure safe transactions through integrated secure payment systems
• Provide sellers and buyers with simple, transparent order management
• Bring trust and transparency to the fine watch market

Expected results

• A fully operational platform with regular auctions and secure payments
• Growth in registered collectors and in the number of watches sold
• Expansion into international markets
